Cancellation and Refund Policy

Trial Subscription:

You may cancel your trial subscription at any time by emailing our support team at support@scalefunnels.com with 3 days' notice to cancel your account. You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to prevent any charges. ScaleFunnels does not offer refunds if the account is not closed in time. The only way to end your trial and avoid charges is by contacting our team with 2 days' notice.

Subscription:

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing our support team at support@scalefunnels.com with 7 days' notice to cancel your account. As a new user, you may cancel your monthly subscription and request a full refund within your first 14 days of joining the subscription for the first time on a monthly subscription only, which is our money-back guarantee. This excludes new users joining on an annual subscription. Outside of your first 14 days, we don’t offer refunds, but you can still cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Existing or returning users who have joined again may cancel their subscription via the same methods mentioned above. However, payment will not be eligible for a refund, and you will continue to have access to the platform until your cancellation takes effect on the day or so before your next billing date. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time, meaning it will not renew after the initial 12 months. We do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions.

If you have signed up for the monthly subscription and would like to switch to an annual subscription,

our team will be happy to help transfer this for you. Please allow at least 3 days prior to your monthly billing date for us to process the change from a monthly to an annual subscription in time. Switching from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription is not possible during your first 12 months. However, if at the end of your 12-month subscription you would prefer to pay monthly instead, our team can happily help you with this.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

GHL Location Transfers:

Your ScaleFunnels subscription also includes templates and swipe copy not available within other GHL agencies and specially designed by our incredible team. As a result, we cannot authorize location transfers. However, you are able to export your funnels, websites, membership products, and contacts into your new location.

GHL Agencies:

Competing GHL agency owners or their employees, contractors, or affiliates are prohibited from joining ScaleFunnels, working with ScaleFunnels users, or attempting in any way to harass our users, employees, contractors, or affiliates.

Working with Outside Assistants or Agencies:

There are many companies and freelancers now offering assistance for our users on their ScaleFunnels accounts. They are not endorsed by ScaleFunnels. We can allow an outside agency or assistant to work with up to 10 clients per login email at a time to ensure that our users' data is protected. The ScaleFunnels support team will work with any agencies to ensure they comply with all GDPR and ScaleFunnels data protection policies.

### Support Team Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before seeking assistance from the ScaleFunnels Support Team ("Support Team").

By contacting the Support Team, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Responsibility:

1.1. ScaleFunnels Support Team provides guidance and advice to users ("Users") on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their ScaleFunnels accounts ("Accounts").

1.2. Users acknowledge and agree that the Support Team does not have the authority to make changes to or directly modify any aspects of their Accounts.

2. Advisory Nature of Support:

2.1. The Support Team shall provide recommendations and suggestions to Users to assist them in resolving issues or improving their Account experience.

2.2. Users understand and accept that any advice or guidance provided by the Support Team is solely for informational purposes and does not guarantee a specific outcome or resolution.

2.3. Users are responsible for independently implementing any suggested actions or solutions provided by the Support Team, and the Support Team does not assume liability for the consequences arising from such implementation.

3. Limitations on Support:

3.1. The Support Team's primary role is to offer assistance and share knowledge. While every effort will be made to provide accurate and reliable information, the Support Team does not guarantee that all queries can be resolved or that all advice will be error-free.

3.2. The Support Team does not provide assistance with matters outside the scope of ScaleFunnels or unrelated to Account-related issues.

3.3. The Support Team reserves the right to refuse or limit support if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User's request falls outside the intended scope of the Support Team's services.

4. Professional Assistance:

4.1. Users acknowledge that the Support Team consists of knowledgeable individuals who are not professional service providers or experts in all domains.

4.2. For complex or specialized issues, Users are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals or consult relevant documentation and resources.

5. Account Security:

5.1. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Account login credentials and ensuring that their Accounts are protected against unauthorized access.

5.2. The Support Team will not request or require User passwords or other sensitive Account information. Users should exercise caution and avoid sharing any confidential or personal information with the Support Team.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

6.1. ScaleFunnels reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Users are responsible for reviewing the most current version of these terms and conditions before seeking assistance from the Support Team.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScaleFunnels operates.
